4-Day Vedic Meditation Course
In the Vedic Meditation practice, we start with an immersive course held for 1-2 hours for 4 days. We will learn the history and techniques of Vedic Meditation as well as gain an understanding of our “inner selves”. These course days are comprised of group meditations, comprehensive learning, and a community of others from which to draw inspiration.
Group Workshops
Companies, teams, and organizations alike can benefit from incorporating wellness education into their culture. Learn breath work techniques, the benefits of meditation, and to keep your team’s spiritual and emotional self well with workshops from Amanda.
1:1 Life Coaching
You’ll receive a Vedic perspective on the sticking points in your life. We’ll discuss the areas of focus and strategize ways to address the challenges and implement the knowledge.

After you join the course, you’ll receive forever support by your teacher, Amanda, during your meditation and wellness journey. You’ll have the added benefit of a support group from your group sessions as well.
