Amanda learned meditation while working for 6 years at a technology company in San Francisco. Initially, her intention in learning was to reduce her stress and to get better sleep, and after a couple years of profound transformation, she began diving deeper into the practice. The last three years she has been dedicated to learning to teach this practice, including 3 months studying under the guidance of Thom Knoles, a world renowned instructor and student of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
